A Boston-based high performance business wear men's and women's fashion brand with clothing from made from some of the same temperature regulating material as NASA astronauts. Ministry of Supply’s retail store in The City’s Upper Fillmore District needed a modern refresh. CONCORE stepped-in to complete a project that should have taken far longer — completing the entire renovation in just less than one month.

Drip Doctors mission was to help people look & feel their best via health, wellness, beauty & anti-aging services optimizing & restoring the natural balance of body and mind.
Drip Doctors’ location on Union Street in The City’s tony Cow Hollow district started out as an empty, rundown garage. The CONCORE team made a literal silk purse from a sow’s ear and transformed the space ground-up into a tranquil, classy and beautiful environment that fit the client’s needs perfectly.

POKE RESTAURANT

Tuna Kahuna, Burlingame, California
A CONCORE design-assist contract to renovate an existing 1,000 sf space, Tuna Kahuna is one of Downtown Burlingame’s most popular restaurants. The site was previously an old candy shop. The entire space was gutted and and a new bar and prep area were custom-built along with the installation of new lighting, ceiling fans, plumbing and finishes.
The unique new storefront features a unique and large, special-order bi-fold window unit that actually folds upward-and-out to open.
