A recent commercial interior renovation for Ministry of Supply 1,300sf contemporary clothing boutique for women and men, located on Fillmore Street in Lower Pacific Heights in San Francisco. A retail design-assist make-over project that should have taken a month or more to complete, but instead was amazingly completed in under two weeks.
In order to meet this strict deadline, Mehrad Eslami of CONCORE recently commented late one evening at the job site that “. . . we’ve been working three shifts, day and night to complete the job, refinishing all the wood flooring, adding new fitting rooms and a new marble-top reception desk — and re-doing all of the other finishes in record time and on-budget.”
“Because of our unique project management work-flow model, we’re able to respond to quick-response projects like this, while simultaneously working on larger, longer-term projects at the same time without any conflicts in scheduling,” Eslami said.
